Outline 是一项允许协作文档的服务。从 0.84.0 到 1.7.0，server/routes/api/subscriptions/subscriptions.ts 中的 subscriptions.create API 端点表现出损坏的授权模式。当请求中同时提供了 collectionId 和 documentId 时，路由处理程序仅授权集合分支（第 125 行 if (collectionId)），而 server/commands/subscriptionCreator.ts 中的下游 subscriptionCreator 命令根据 documentId（从未验证过）写入订阅。结果是锁定攻击者的订阅记录
