Admidio 是一个开源用户管理解决方案。在版本 5.0.9 之前，Role::stopMembership() 不会验证从管理员角色中删除用户是否会留下零个管理员。已弃用的 Membership::stopMembership() 包含此安全检查，但当前的代码路径绕过了它。任何管理员都可以删除最后剩下的其他管理员，从而锁定整个系统的管理访问权限。该漏洞不需要并发请求；连续删除会产生相同的结果。该问题已在5.0.9版本中修复。
